Custom Rubber Corp. took over existing tooling for this customer, a company that produces specialized valves and actuators. The rubber molded bellows plays a critical role in the assembly and has a very thin wall and Custom Rubber Corp. does 100% inspection to check for pin-holes and other blemishes before adding a white strip as an installation guide and shipping to the customer.
Custom Rubber Corp. is the only outside rubber parts supplier for this customer, like so many of our other customers. There is no reason to have multiple suppliers when "Responsiveness ~ From Design To Delivery" is the mantra that ensures customers get what they need.
