Sealing the Toughest Liquids
The small (~0.25" x 0.125") seal pictured here is designed to seal a device that dispenses perfumes in a hair salon. The geometry of the seal is critical given the small surface area and a number of small chevron features are included in the top and bottom of the seal - an example of how much better a molded seal can be when compared to a die cut seal.
In addition to the geometry, Custom Rubber Corp. worked extensively on formulating a material that would withstand all the different "oils of" an "essense of" that are used in perfumes. Custom Rubber Corp. was able to leverage our large network of strategic partnerships to work through a number of different iterations of material very quickly.
For small, intricate molded rubber seals, Custom Rubber Corp. can deliver.
The molded rubber parts pictured are not in stock or for sale. These are examples of custom-manufactured products that illustrate Custom Rubber Corp.'s capabilities. Contact us with information on your needs.
