Custom Rubber Corp. has the equipment available for large rubber moldings. Pictured here is a molded silicone rubber oil pan seal for large trucks. The seal is roughly 20" x 36" with a large radius arc on one of the shorter ends.
The sealing requirements for this type of application are quite aggressive and the material selected has never had a failure. The silicone rubber has excellent compression set characteristics and easily works through the whole temperature range required; from desert days to arctic nights.
