Pictured here is an excellent example of a a rubber grommet that could not be found in any catalog. The molded shape is an oval, and the ID thru-hole is angled - exactly the same angle as the wires are once installed in the finished product. The angled ID hole insures that the wires are not kinked or stressed as they pass through the sheet metal panel.
If your final product has tight space constraints or unusually large wires that don't lend themselves to flexing around corners or thru tight holes, contact Custom Rubber Corp. to find out how we can help engineer and mold the perfect custom rubber grommet.
The molded rubber parts pictured are not in stock or for sale. These are examples of custom-manufactured products that illustrate Custom Rubber Corp.'s capabilities.
