A leading supplier of high temerature sealing products came to Custom Rubber Corp. for an unusual request. They needed a Hypalon® molded rubber seal for a vibratory application. Custom Rubber Corp. has extensive experience with the specialized rubber material in question, and continues to supply parts after the original material supplier closed the facility and discontinued the brand name version.
The round seal pictured here is approximately 6" in diameter with a flared, extended ID sealing sleeve that extends up about 3". The design and material worked perfectly right from the start.
