This particular instrumet seal has a unique locating hole that runs perpendicular to the seal. Although slightly more challenging to mold than straight round seal, there were no problems with the manufacturing of this part. The part is cryogenically deflashed and is shipped to the customer flash free so there is no possiblity of small pieces of rubber contaminating the gauge face.
