Custom Rubber Corp. developed this component for our Broadband Over Powerline (BPL) customer. The rubber used in the strap is non-conductive so as not to interfere with the sophisticated electronics that it holds in place. The strap has two re-inforced through holes which fit onto the anchoring fingers on the assembly. The other end has dual rubber tabs that are designed to fit securely in a mating slot on the assembly. The thickness of the straps and durometer or hardness of the rubber material were designed to provide just the right amount of tension and compression to keep the assembly unit secure but allow for easy installation and removal.
The rubber parts pictured are not in stock or for sale. These are examples of custom-manufactured products that illustrate Custom Rubber Corp.'s capabilities. Contact us with information on your needs.
