Global Plumbing Company Chooses Custom Rubber Corp.
When their previous supplier started missing delivery dates and shipping poor quality, Custom Rubber Corp. was selected to provide Responsiveness. After making minor modifications to the existing tool, Custom Rubber Corp. started molding parts that were significantly better than what the customer was receiving before.
The customer provided a secondary punching device that removed a flash membrane from the large ID. The material is weather-resistant due to the part being used as a molded rubber sealing flange for exhaust pipes exiting through a roof.
