Custom Rubber Corp. was approached by the manufacturer of a well-known line of hand-held power tools. They were having issues with a newly released battery pack for some of their cordless equipment - and they needed a solution in a hurry.

Custom Rubber Corp. was able to design and make tooling in less than 4 weeks. With our expertise, we were able to design the right amount of stretch for the rubber cover so that the end user can put the cover on and take it off, but it wouldn't slip off on its own.
The material for this product is an excellent heat insulator, has good shock absorbtion characteristics, and has a nice "rubbery" feel.
