Custom Rubber Corp. shall not be liable for special, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of opportunity or business profits, business interruption or any other loss even if Custom Rubber Corp. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall Custom Rubber Corp. be liable for any amount in excess of the purchase price paid.
