    Non-Slip Custom Grip
A leading manufacturer of automated assembly equipment, contacted Custom Rubber Corp. for assistance in design and molding of rubber, non-slip grips for their tools, which include high-performance torque/angle control tools and controllers; Cordless battery-operated torque/angle control tools and controllers; pneumatic clutch, pulse, and impact-tightening tools and controllers.

Custom Rubber Corp. assisted with four different designs that integrated with the plastic housing (shown below painted yellow for two of the parts).  The rubber material used is resistant to oils, greases, and the other likely chemicals that shop-floor and production-line use will bring.  The molded rubber parts included a special texturing that is molded in to ensure a good grip every time.  Rubber as a material generally has a high coeficient of friction which means that it's non-slip and non-skid - this translates into less hand strength required to hold the tool.

The molded rubber parts pictured are not in stock or for sale. These are examples of custom-manufactured products that illustrate Custom Rubber Corp.'s capabilities.
