Muffler Hanger
The molding of muffler hangers requires accurate application of the heat-activated adhesive on the inside of the stamped metal support ring. Custom Rubber Corp.'s supply partners have the equipment necessary and the attention to detail required to consistantly supply properly prepared metal stampings.
The rubber molding operation is done with a rubber injection molding machine which helps to reduce excess flash and improve cycle times, keeping the total cost in line.
