Protecting Handheld Electronics
A leading manufacturer of bar code scanners for industrial use came to Custom Rubber Corp. to take advantage of our expertise in designing and manufacturing protective cases for handheld electronics. With the solid model of the plastic enclosure to work with, Custom Rubber Corp. designed a form-fitting rubber cover with reinforced corners and edges to provide the drop protection the customer needed.
Versital Design
In addition to fitting the base model scanner, Custom Rubber Corp. and the customer added scorring lines on the bottom that allowed users to cut out part of the rubber cover so that it would fit over scanners that had the optional trigger bar attached.
