Production - The Parts
After approval of the FAI or PPAP, Custom Rubber Corp. can move directly into production.  There are times when the first molded rubber parts are shipped to the customer overnight and production begins the next day immediately following the "go ahead" call or email from the customer.  



Custom Rubber Corp. receives customer orders thru a number of different channels:
  • E-mail
  • Phone
  • Fax
  • Customer Web Portal
No matter how orders are received, confirmtion is sent via email or fax within 24 hours of receipt.  If the confirmed delivery date does not meet your expectations, contact us and we will work with you and our manufacturing folks to do everything we can to satisfy your delivery requirements.  Just another example of Responsiveness along the whole process.
